Formal Country Garden

This large formal country garden in Brent Knoll was designed for relaxation with an outdoor seating area and gazebo. Grey sandstone paving and flow through the spaces, connecting the garden to the house, and now timber clad air raid shelter provides a focal point.

The lawns are broken up into small manageable mowing spaces and create a formal feel. Several small shrub and perennial borders bring subtle changes in colour throughout the year and moments of bright accent.
