The formal areas is separated from the informal lawn area using block and render raised beds. These beds are filled with a mix of evergreens and perennials including two specimen Olive trees. The surface of the area is laid with Tracks Grey porcelain paving. The seating area is covered with a traditional style cedar pergola, and the main focal point from here is a slate water feature wall.
